Darin runs the team and the in-house closing operation, and he's spent 25 years finding better ways to over-deliver for clients and partners. He built TruePartner around a simple idea: an independent broker working dozens of lenders will almost always beat a single bank's rate sheet. He's the one making sure the whole machine runs smooth, file after file.

Cassidy has been in the mortgage business since earning her degree in Business Communications in 2020. She started as a processor before becoming an originator — so she knows the full loan process inside and out, and exactly what it takes to keep a closing smooth. Outside of work, she's traveling or spending time with her husband Steve and their son Hudson.

Nate leads company operations, financial strategy, and growth. With an MBA in accounting and a strong background as a corporate Controller, he applies that financial discipline to streamline processes, strengthen performance, and help the team deliver across every part of the mortgage business.

Rob is an expert in accounting and entrepreneurship — two skills that have served him throughout his career. With a master's in accounting, he's worked as a CPA, CFO, Controller, and VP of Finance for small and mid-sized businesses, and started several companies of his own.
